  • Outdoor and indoor small group classes

  • Train with like-minded people in a fun and supportive environment

  • Increase your muscle strength and tone

  • Small, mixed group strength and conditioning sessions (max 12 people)

  • Each session is a full body workout using every muscle group

  • Premium equipment provided to maximise results - we use dumbbells, kettlebells, sand bags, battle ropes and body weight exercises

    £12 per 50 minute session

    £ 8 per half-hour session

  • For those who want to train in the gym or at home, but are unsure about what to do 

  • This can also compliment your PT sessions, for maximum results

  • Your bespoke program is delivered through an app straight to your phone, tablet or laptop.  With clear exercise video demonstrations and 360 degree progress tracking 

  • Direct in-app messaging with me 

  • Nutritional guidance

  • Regular accountability check-ins and one,15 minute catch-up call/zoom per month
